A total of 40 people were arrested for their conduct at the 2013 Rose Parade or Rose Bowl game, according to Pasadena police, all but two for people being drunk in public.
Twenty-three people were arrested along the parade route between 5 p.m. on New Year’s Eve and the end of the proceedings, according to Pasadena Police Lt. Bruce George. One was arrested for allegedly possessing burglary tools, the other 22 were arrested for being drunk in public.
At the Rose Bowl game 17 were arrested, including one for intruding on the playing field immediately after the game and 16 for being drunk in public.
