Steven Paul Leiva, a friend of the "Martian Chronicles" author, remembers Bradbury as a "romantic with a 19th Century imagination combined with 20th Century anxieties." He goes on to say that the mission to land the rover Curiosity on Mars might not have happened without him. KCET
