Pasadena City College 56, Long Beach City College 44: Center Kaitlyn Parks scored a game-high 20 points to accompany her 10 rebounds in the host Lancers' South Coast Conference upset victory over fifth-ranked Long Beach City College on Wednesday afternoon.
Shay Jackson added 10 points, seven rebounds and five assists and Desiree Loving chipped in 10 points for the 10th-ranked Lancers (16-5, 6-3).

Marshall Fundamental 2, Crossroads 1: Rylee Page scored a goal for the Eagles in a Delphic League road victory Wednesday afternoon.
Brittany Gutierrez scored a goal and defender Quetzali Del Villar added an assist for Marshall (14-4-3, 7-1).

Leigh Kunitake paced San Marino (14-9, 5-2) with 15 points, while Emma Wong chipped in 13 points as the Titans fell out of first place in league.
Westridge 54, Rio Hondo Prep 32: The Tigers improved to 10-3 overall and 7-2 in league after the Prep League road victory Wednesday afternoon.
BOYS’ BASKETBALL
Pasadena 78, Arcadia 31: The Bulldogs romped to a Pacific League home victory on Wednesday afternoon.
The victory improved Pasadena’s record to 17-5, 10-1.
La Cañada 62, Blair 42: The Vikings fell to 2-18 overall and 2-5 in league after a Rio Hondo League home defeat Wednesday.
GIRLS’ WATER POLO
Pasadena Poly 20, Westridge 3: Lindsey Kelleher and Allison Woo scored four goals apiece for the Panthers in a Prep League road victory Wednesday afternoon.
Catherine Finney and Caroline Harvey also chipped in three goals each, while goalie Alyssa Paul finished with five saves for the Panthers (18-1, 9-0)
Amanda Matthiessen led the Tigers with two goals.
La Salle 19, Flintridge Prep 1: The Lancers enjoyed a rare breather in a Prep League road victory Wednesday afternoon.
With the win, the Lancers improved to 13-11 overall and 5-5 in league.

Mike Swanegan added 14 points, Jeffrey Dockett contributed 13 points and Steven Shares tallied eight points and eight rebounds for the Lancers (7-13, 3-4)
Occidental 70, Caltech 61: KC Emezie and Andrew Hogue each tied for a team-high 17 points, but it wasn’t enough for the Beavers in a SCIAC home defeat Wednesday evening.
Michael Edwards added 10 points for the Beavers (1-19, 0-11).
