Kennedy Dinius led the way with a goal and an assist for Mayfield (7-3-1, 4-1 in league), while Amanda Mendoza and Maddie Pena scored and Emily Serhan added an assist. Cubs goalie Marissa Valenzuela also finished with three saves.
The Tigers fell to 5-5 overall and 1-3 in league despite an unassisted goal each from Whitney White and Emma Hovanec and seven saves from Ashley Hebard.
Arcadia 3, Pasadena 0: Goalie Jasmin Rodriguez finished with five saves as the Bulldogs (5-7-2, 2-3) dropped a Pacific League home decision Monday afternoon.

Pasadena Poly 13, La Salle 2: Lindsey Kelleher helped break open a 1-1 tie after the first quarter with a team-high three goals as the Panthers picked up a Prep League home win Monday.
Allison Woo (four assists and four steals), Catherine Finney and Christina McCarthy all added two goals apiece for Poly (15-1, 6-0).
Despite the score, Lancers goalie Marisol Dakan turned in another huge day with 21 saves for the Lancers (9-6, 4-2), who received goals from Madi Lanyi and Missy McCreary.
BOYS’ BASKETBALL
Pasadena 59, Arcadia 51: Despite leading by 20 points at halftime, the Bulldogs held on for a closer-than-expected Pacific League road victory Monday afternoon.
With the win, Pasadena improved to 12-4, 5-0 and prepares for Wednesday’s showdown at Crescenta Valley (14-4, 5-0).
Muir 79, Burroughs 35: The Mustangs picked up their fourth straight victory on the road Monday afternoon in Pacific League play.
Muir is now 11-8 overall and 4-1 in league.
